Rochester, NY Joan passed on peacefully Sunday, February 11, 2018. Predeceased by her parents Jacob Staub and Catherine (Wurtz) Staub, four brothers and three sisters and her husband Charles. She is survived by her children Mark (Theresa), Gail, Gary (Julie), Eric (Lisa), grandchildren Joseph and Christina, Robert Van Velson, Devon Kiner, Adrienne Aldridge, Katherine and Adam, Stella, Gus and Lilly, one great-grandchild Morgan and many nieces and nephews.


Friends are welcome Wednesday from 4-8pm at the John M. Hedges Funeral Home 1717 Portland Ave. Joan's Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Thursday 10am at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 1124 Hudson Ave. Entombrment White Haven Memorial Park
