Irondequoit: Wednesday November 12, 2014. Predeceased by his wife, Gloria; daughter, Kristie Miller; and sister, Carol Turner. Survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Donna Lewis; grandchildren, Nicole, Colt, and Samantha; great-grandchildren, Skyler and Aubrey; extended family, Michael Miller (Julie); caregivers, Cindy, David, and Jessica Merzke. Mr. Lewis was a member of the Fame Lodge F&AM and the founder of Fireplace Fashions.
