Obituary for Alma A. Newman

Gates: St. Ann's Home on Friday, January 6, 2017 peacefully at the age of 94. Predeceased by her husband Joseph and her six siblings. Survived by her children, Dorene Mayer, Ronald (Yvonne) Newman, David (Michelle) Newman, and Dianne Newman Gerrie; grandchildren, Robert, Laurie (John), Maureen, Ronald Jr., Matt (Amy), Jessica (Kieran), Joey (Terry), and Katie (Allen); several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Alma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be missed dearly.

A private Memorial Service for family will be held Saturday, January 28th 11am at the Dreier-Giltner Funeral Home Chapel, 1717 Portland Ave. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Ann's Foundation 1500 Portland Ave. Rochester, NY 14621
