Irondequoit:Monday, October 24, 2011 after a battle with cancer at the age of 65.Predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Mildred Strobel.Survived by her husband, Ronald Gartz;son, Gunnar(Jodie)Brodner;daughters, Nicole(Shawn)Schell, and Meaghan Gartz;grandchildren, Owen and Griffin Schell;sisters, Connie(Kevin)Leary, Mary(Joey)DiSimone;step-mother, Alice Strobel;nieces and nephews.Barbara was a 30 year retiree of Kodak.
