To Fran’s children. We are sorry to learn of Fran’s passing. We have fond memories of times shared going out for a drink on a Saturday night, Halloween parties and a few picnics when you all lived in Irondequoit. Tom most remembers your Dad from their Army Reserve days. He was the firecracker that turned that duty into something fun. Our love, Tom & Charlene Fortunato

My uncle was an amazing kind loving fun guy!!!
I loved having him here at the Lake. He absolutely loved living here. He most of all enjoyed his time with my mom Frans sister Mary Ann Hillen
She spent the past year visiting Fran everyweek as he became ill due to Cancer. She loved Fran very much as we all did. I miss you and you are so loved.
