Survived by his wife, Emily; son, Owen and soon to be son; mother, Jackie (George) Reiber; father, Paul (Betty) Congilaro; sisters, Jennifer (John) Helberg, Mary (Trevor Sleeman) Congilaro; step-brothers, Corey (Kelly) Hindmarch, George David Reiber; step-sister, Ashley (Alex MacIntyre) Reiber; uncles, Angelo (Karen) Congilaro, Peter Congilaro; aunts, Margaret Taylor, Mildred Harris; nieces and nephews, Madison, Regan, Jay, Ethan, Isabella, Sofia, and Paige; mother and father-in-law, Michael and Janice Parker; sister-in-law, Aliza (Josh) Barry; brother-in-law, Nathan Parker. Jay was the best son, husband, father, brother and friend anybody could ask for. He was a blessing to all who knew him.
