Saturday, August 7th, 2021. Predeceased by her parents, Harold and Margaret Hawkins; aunt, Elizabeth Nyhan; cousin, Mary Ellen Whalen. Survived by her husband of 56 years, Richard; children, Steve and Debbie Sinaguglia; grandsons, Joseph and Matthew Guarino; siblings, Shirley (David) Blount, Nancy (Bill) Mrkvicka, Carol (Peter) Huse, Bob Hawkins and Tom Hawkins; several cousins, nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Jean was a 1962 graduate of Mercy High School. She worked 29 years at the Bayview YMCA.

Friends are welcome Thursday, August 12th from 4-7pm at the John M. Hedges Funeral Home, 1717 Portland Ave. Jean's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, August 13th, 10am at Peace of Christ Parish at St. James Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
