Irondequoit: Sunday, February 16, 2020 at the age of 98. Predeceased by her husband, James; sons-in-law, Frederick Vyverberg and William Alhart; grandson, Keith Vyverberg. Survived by her children, James Jr. (Janet) Sheflin, Nancy Vyverberg, Kathleen Alhart, Susan (Mark) Markowski, Mary (George) Gibson and Daniel (Renee) Sheflin; grandchildren, Ted, David, Anne, Suzanne, Frederick, Harley, Laura, Mary Beth, Jennifer, Miranda, Mike, Kate, Rachael, Adam and Connor; 27 great-grandchildren. Lorraine was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family was her life.

Family and friends are welcome Wednesday 4-7pm at the Dreier-Giltner Funeral Home 1717 Portland Ave. (just north of E. Ridge Rd.) Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday 10am in the chapel of St. Ann's Home 1500 Portland Ave. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
