Obituary for Mary Kulik Doell
Irondequoit: Passed away on Friday, January 24, 2020 at the age of 103. Predeceased by her husband, Leonard,; parents, Michael and Helen Kulik; brother, Nicolas Kulik. She is survived by her three sons and their spouses, Roger (Marie), Dennis (Ruth) and Richard (Jean); 6 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Our family would use the following words to describe our “Saint Mary”, loving, caring, humble and gentle. We also wish to acknowledge the “care staff” at St. Ann’s Community: Rainier Grove Memory Care at Cherry Ridge, Webster, the rehab unit at St. Ann’s, Portland Ave, the 2nd floor skilled nursing facility at Cherry Ridge, the hospice team from the U of R Medicine, and The Touching Hearts team that sat with us as the end of life approached.
Family and friends are welcome Saturday, February 1st from 10am-11am at the Dreier-Giltner Funeral Home 1717 Portland Ave. (just north of E. Ridge Rd.) where a service will follow at 11am.
