Irondequoit: Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the age of 77. Predeceased by his parents, Fred and Evelyn Barto. Survived by his sons, Rick (Kerry), Mike (Cathy) and Shawn Barto; mother of his children, Elizabeth Barto; grandsons, Ryan, Conor, and Brennan Barto; sister, Virginia (Doug) Thayer of PA. Richard was a USNavy veteran and proud member of the St. Paul Fire Department for over 31 years.

Family and friends are welcome Wednesday 5-8pm at the Dreier-Giltner Funeral Home, 1717 Portland Ave.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
