Tuesday, February 14th, 2023 at the age of 83. Predeceased by her parents, Charles and Madge Edwards. Survived by her husband of 56 years, Albert Downs; daughters, Jennifer (James) Hawkes and Stacey (Nyle) Landas; grandsons, Aldyn and Daltyn; brothers, Donald and Cecil (Barb) Edwards; sister, Patty (Mark) LaBaron; several nieces and nephews.

Friends are welcome Thursday, February 16th from 4-7pm at the Dreier-Giltner Funeral Home 1717 Portland Ave. Shirley's Memorial Service will be held Friday, February 17th at 11am in the Funeral Home Chapel.
