Monday, March 22nd, 2021 after a brief illness. Predeceased by her parents, William and Charlotte Schmitt. Survived by her son, Chad (Renee) Minardo; daughter, Jaclyn Minardo; grandchildren, Brandon Casolari, Brianna (Sweetgirl) Minardo, Nicholas (Snugglebug) Minardo; loving soulmate of 34 years, Ken Schrimp; brother, Jim (Kathy) Schmitt; nephew, Adam (Amber) Schmitt. Stacey was a loving mother, grandmother and soulmate who had several wonderful friends.
