Rochester: January 7th, 2022 at the age of 65. Predeceased by his parents, Martin and Dorothy Ruby. Survived by his siblings, Martin (Joanne) Ruby, Patricia (Joe) DiGregorio, Margaret (Gary) Figler, Paul (Lorry) Ruby, Dorothy Montebello, Mary Campbell, John (Joanne) Ruby, Ann (Don) Mongeon, Elizabeth (John) Meloni, Michael Ruby, Thomas Ruby and Joan Cottrell; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and aunt Ruth; longtime best friend, Rick Herman. Bill was a long time avid Raiders fan. He was everyone's favorite brother who was always willing to do anything for anyone.

Bill's Memorial Mass will be celebrated Monday, January 17th 12noon at Peace of Christ Parish at St. Ambrose Church. No prior calling hours.
