Survived by his wife, Elizabeth "Betty" Curtis; sons, Richard(Jennifer) and David(Donna) Curtis of DE; nephews, Allan, Garry, and Bill Curtis; cousin, Barbara(Floyd) Grimes. Mr. Curtis was a graduate of the University of Rochester.
