Condolence: Jim, Tom and families,

I was sorry to read of your mother's passing. I'm sorry I wasn't able to get to the funeral home to offer my condolences in person. My thoughts are with you.

Condolence: So sorry I can't be there with all of you today. Betty Bodmer was a one-of-a-kind item. So sweet and funny and gentle. Such a wonderful wife to dear Bud and devoted mother to her kids. And such a steadfast friend to my Mom. I feel fortunate that I was able to spend some time with her in Phoenix a couple of years ago. I'm a little choked up right now as I write this. I'm recalling how swell it always was to visit the Bodmer residence. I'm remembering the special trips to Joe Indian. How we all mourned the passing of the Kennedys and celebrated Democratic victories on election night. Her compassion and support for my sister Suzanne. My family's lives were truly enriched by our dear departed Aunt Betty.

Condolence: Some of my favorite memories as a boy were of my Aunt Betty and Uncle Bud. Our family picnics were always great and there was always laughter and a gentle smile from Aunt Betty. She and Uncle Bud were, through my eyes, a perfect team who loved each other very much.
I very much enjoyed my visit with Aunt Betty and cousin Judy and her family out in Arizona several years ago, sitting at their kitchen table and relating stories of Aunt Betty and Uncle Bud to the Grandchildren, who were too young to have known Uncle Bud.
Now they are together again. I miss you both and you will always be in my heart!

Condolence: Although I'm saddened to learn of the passing of my dear Aunt Betty, I'm happy that she'll be reunited with her loving husband, Uncle Bud, and her parents and sibblings that passed on before her. My Aunt Betty has always held a fond place in my heart and I'm glad she lived a full life and was loved by many. May God bless her in her deserving resting place in Heaven. Love you Aunt Betty and thank you for the good times that we had!
