Dear Jane, I am so saddened to hear of Jack's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you, your children and my dearest friends John and Jan (and grandchildren Johnnie, Danny and Lauren), Tom and Katie, Marilyn and Tim, Michelle and Bruce, Kathy and Doug and Erin and all I have missed.
