Remember hiding in the attic or in grandpa's hamper so I could spend the night...didn't like having to take turns. Remember spending nights with you when grandpa was overnight at firehouse and us going to visit him so I could get ice cream. I remember sneaking spoonfuls of cool whip outta your fridge. Remember sitting
on the "hump" in the front seat. And getting my hair in curlers with grandpa's old socks...I know grandpa's waiting with open arms to see his "Mabel" again...I love you and am going to miss you

I got to know Arlene after becoming friends with Anne. Anne always told me her mother never liked anyone she brought home, but she took a liking to me. We always joked with one another and she would always make a dessert for me after I fixed her computer. She was nothing but a phenomenal person to me and I'll miss her and her friendship.
