To Bob and the Bauman family, I will be praying for you in the coming days and weeks ahead. Pat’s passing leaves a gaping hole in my heart and I imagine countless others. I’m incredibly thankful for the time I shared with her over the past 20 years. I wish I had 20 more. Her ability to understand, empathize, and ask insightful questions was unparalleled. She had an uncanny ability to know exactly what I was thinking/ feeling/ struggling with. Some of my favorite life lessons from Pat – to seek awareness and live purely – I’m forever grateful for. She is the most self-aware person I've ever met. Her spirituality was contagious. Other words that come to mind when I think of Pat: unconditional love, non-judgmental, compassionate, meditation,and a little feisty. She has had a profound impact on my life. The world is a better place because of Pat. I’m pretty sure after she catches up with friends and family, she’ll be knocking on DeMello’s door. see more
